Face coverings must be worn at all times throughout the Village, including inside the boutiques.
If you can't get to the Village, you can still shop from home with our Virtual Shopping service, with delivery direct to your door.
Our first priority is to protect the health and well being of our guests, the teams in the boutiques and restaurants, together with the wider community at Bicester Village. Following industry best practice and UK government guidance, we have introduced Shopping Protocols in the Village to ensure individual and collective responsibility to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Please see below our Shopping Protocols to ensure guests and teams can continue to enjoy the experience whilst respecting the safety measures in place.
Face Covering
In line with the government guidelines face covering must be worn at all times throughout the Village and inside the boutiques, unless eating or drinking outdoors. Face covering is available for purchase in the Village.Thermal Scanning
All guests will have their temperature scanned on arrival, with the exception of children in pushchairs.Scanned data is not recorded. You may decline a temperature scan by not entering the Village. For more information, please click here.
Social Distancing
In line with goverment guidelines, we have introduced social-distancing measures of one metre or more between guests across the Village, boutiques, restaurants, contemplation room and other public spaces.
Due to our social-distancing policy, we will need to restrict the number of guests in any boutique at one time, this is in order to ensure both guests and boutique teams can maintain the appropriate distance. The number of guests per boutique will depend on the size of the boutique and/or the number of people in the boutique teams. The number of guests allowed per boutique will be marked on the door of the boutique. Due to this restriction you may need to wait before entering a boutique. We advise you to use our digital queuing system, where possible, to make the most of your time in the Village. For more information click here.
We are respectfully asking all guests to observe our social-distancing policy at all times and we will remind any guest who is not observing this policy that it is part of our Shopping Protocols and any consistent non-observation of social distancing could lead to a guest/guests being asked to leave the Village.
Smoking and Vaping
Please refrain from smoking or vaping in the Village to better protect your fellow guests.Deep Cleaning and Sanitisation Protocols

We have introduced new deep-cleaning protocols across the Village, in the boutiques, in the restaurants, in the contemplation room and in all public spaces.
