What is Virtual Shopping?
This is a new service available at Bicester Village which enables you to purchase products directly from the boutiques remotely. Please contact the individual boutiques to request applicable terms and conditions and privacy notices. Purchases can either be delivered directly to you by the boutiques or you can use our Collection service to collect them from the Village. How does Virtual Shopping work?
You can contact participating boutiques by WhatsApp, phone or email to select items, make purchases and then arrange for them to be delivered by the boutiques to your home address or prepared for collection from the Village. Delivery charges will apply – please ask the boutiques for details.

How do I book an appointment?
Do I have to pay for the Virtual Personal Shopping service?
No, the Personal Shopping Team offer complimentary consultations for guests wishing to upgrade their wardrobe, shop their Christmas gift lists or purchase from several boutiques at one time. There may be a delivery charge which will be agreed by the Personal Shopping team directly with our guests.
How many boutiques are participating?
There are currently over 100 boutiques participating in the Virtual Shopping service.
How do I find out which boutiques are participating?

Are new boutiques going to be added?
Yes, new boutiques will be added, it’s a good idea to visit the website regularly to find out the latest list of participating boutiques.

Your purchases will be made securely via a digital payment solution.

Yes, please check with the individual boutiques as terms and conditions will vary.

Do you do gift wrapping?
No, all purchases will come in the brand’s packaging.
What sort of things can I buy through the Virtual Shopping service?
You can buy the same brands and products that are in our Village boutiques as you will be shopping from the Village boutiques but from the comfort of your own home.
How do I find out what I can buy?
Visit our website and use the search engine to discover each brands shopping edit. There are also gift guides from Bicester Village which showcase all the best brands and products for fashion and style, beauty and wellness, home and fitness.

What is the Bicester Village collections service?
This is a service offered by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Ltd in conjunction with participating boutiques which enables you to collect Virtual Shopping purchases by car directly from the Village. Please note that boutiques will pass us your [name, address and contact details] in order for us to provide this service to you.
How do I arrange a collection?
When purchasing items through the new Virtual Shopping service, participating boutiques will offer you the choice of delivery or collection.
When can I pick up my purchases?
When making a purchase, the brand will advise you on what dates you can decide to collect your purchases.
Do I have to collect my purchases in a vehicle?
Yes, we ask that guests using the collection service come to the Village via car, as we have protocols in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our guests and teams.
Can I buy something when I arrive in the Village?
There is no possibility of purchasing any goods without pre-ordering and arranging to collect them from the designated area.
Are any of your boutiques open for collection?
Collection is from the designated area only and you cannot visit any boutique or access any boutique window at this current time.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please contact the individual brands for details of their returns, exchange and other policies.
