A New Way of Shopping

While the Village is closed and you can’t visit the boutiques, you can still shop collections from your favourite Village brands with our new Virtual Shopping service* offered by participating boutiques.

Simply select your favourite brand from the participating boutiques below and contact them directly to start shopping. Your purchases can be delivered directly to your door or collected from the Village.

How it works

  1. Contact the boutique

    Contact the boutiques of your choosing from the list below; the staff will be delighted to arrange a private virtual appointment.

  2. Your appointment

    Your Virtual Shopping appointment with the boutique will either take place over the telephone, as a video call, by email or WhatsApp.

  3. Delivery

    If you’ve chosen to have your purchases delivered, they will be shipped directly to you. Delivery is available within the UK only; charges may apply.

  4. Collection

    If you’ve chosen to collect your purchases, you will be directed to the collection point upon arrival at the Village. Once parked, please remain in your car and present your email confirmation and photo ID to our team who will then bring your purchases to you.
