“Logos have been a key part of fashion for decades, from streetwear labels to high-fashion brands and exclusive collaborations that blend the two,” explains Levi’s®. At the US-born denim brand, logos have always been used, whether to highlight quality materials or a vintage design, or even offer a fresh update to a signature style. And it’s no different for the latest pieces to arrive in the boutiques: the Box Tab collection.
These designs feature a newer graphic that’s crafted out of clean lines and solid colours. “Levi’s® logos have been studied forever and noted as visual markers in time and culture. Inspired by our now-famous ‘big E’ logo, our new Box Tab design has reclaimed the capital ‘E’,” explains the brand. “Bold colour-blocking was an obvious canvas for the logo – the simplicity mimicking its geometric design.”
The simple yet statement logo is a nod to this season’s streetwear obsession and pairs just as easily with trainers and joggers as it does with heels. But how to wear it? Let Levi’s® show you how…
You can’t go wrong with a Box Tab logo T-shirt in a classic colour and cut. Pair it with jeans in a standard wash and old-school sneakers for the perfect casual-cool outfit. Plus, add some colour to your wardrobe with a rainbow-bright sweatshirt.
A bold sweatshirt or T-shirt tucked into your favourite pair of jeans is the most elegant way to wear the trend. Combine trends from decades past with jeans that feature a seventies-inspired loose-legged cut with a high-rise waist from the nineties for extra style points.
