Sarah Chapman Treat Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer to receive a Treat (“Offer”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).

  2. Membership is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, and by redeeming the Offer, you also accept in full these additional Treat Terms and Conditions.

  3. The Treat which forms part of the Offer is a choice of one of the following: either (a) a Skinesis Platinum Stem Cell Eye Mask (worth £25); (b) The Facialift (worth £32); or (c) Ultimate Cleanse 30ml (worth £19.50). The offer is subject to availability, with 100 of each gift available.

  4. The Offer is available to all Membership members who receive Membership emails and scan their Membership Code 3 times during the Offer Period at Bicester Village as part of any transaction in a boutique at Bicester Village, excluding food and beverage retailers and gift card sales) (“Qualifying Transaction”).

  5. The Offer is available for redemption from 9am on 5 October 2021 to midnight on 31 October 2021 (the “Offer Period”).

  6. Once a Qualifying Transaction has been made, The Treat will appear via email and push notification and can be claimed by scanning your Membership Code at Sarah Chapman, Bicester Village.

  7. The Treat is provided on our behalf by Sarah Chapman, an independent retailer operating at Bicester Village - please discuss any product queries directly with them prior to redemption.

  8. We have arranged this offer in good faith and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods obtained as part of this Offer.

  9. This Offer does not create a contractual relationship between you and us.

  10. The Treat which forms part of this Offer may be claimed once per guest during the Offer Period.

  11. This Offer is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers. In the event the treat is not available an alternative will be substituted.
