Versace Event Treat Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer to receive a Treat (“Offer”) is issued by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited (registered number 02884096 and registered office is at Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD) (“we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our membership programme (“Membership”).
  2. Membership is governed by the following Terms and Conditions, and by redeeming the Offer, you also accept in full these additional Treat Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Treat which forms part of the Offer is the opportunity to reserve an appointment for an exclusive Versace shopping event in the VIP lounge at Bicester Village between 10 – 15 May 2021 (the “Event”), with appointments available at 10am and 5.30pm on 10, 11 , 12 and 15 May, and 10am and 2.30pm on 13 and 14 May (subject to availability).
  4. The Offer is available from 29 April until 14 May (the “Offer Period”).
  5. The Offer is available to all Membership members who scan their Membership Code as part of any transaction in a boutique at Bicester Village, excluding food and beverage retailers, and where total transactions in a single day during the Offer Period are £800 or more (“Qualifying Transaction”).
  6. Once a Qualifying Transaction has been made, the Treat will appear in your Membership Dashboard and can be redeemed by emailing PrivateClientsRSVP@BicesterVillage.com or calling +44(0) 7867 309 976 and quoting ‘Membership Versace Event’ prior to 14 May to request an appointment for the Event.
  7. Appointments for the Event are subject to availability. We are arranging appointments on behalf of Versace, an independent retailer at Bicester Village and the operator of the Event. We are unable to guarantee availability nor availability at any preferred time.
  8. By requesting an appointment, you agree that we will pass your details to Versace to enable them to honour your reservation.   9. We have arranged this offer in good faith in collaboration with Versace and you agree that neither we nor our related companies or the owners of Bicester Village are responsible in any way for, and make no guarantee regarding, the goods or services obtained as part of this Offer.
  10. This Offer does not create a contractual relationship between you and us.
  11. The Treat which forms part of this Offer may be claimed once per guest during the Offer Period.
  12. This Offer is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred to any third party, exchanged for cash nor redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
