Terms and Conditions for Etihad Guest Customers

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Etihad Guest customers only (“Customer”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

1. Period of Promotion:
  1. The Bonus Miles Offers are available to Customers during the period 27th July – 23rd August 2020 only.
  2. The eVIP Offer is available to Customers Monday – Thursday each week during the period 27th July – 23rd August 2020 for all eVIP Pass Villages except Maasmechelen Village where the eVIP Offer will be will only be available during the period 1st – 23rd August 2020.
2. Participating Villages
  1. The 2,000 Bonus Miles Offer is available at Bicester Village and La Vallée Village only (collectively the “2,000 Bonus Miles Villages” and individually a “2,000 Bonus Miles Village”).
  2. The 1,250 Bonus Miles Offer is available at Ingolstadt Village and Wertheim Village only (collectively the “1,250 Bonus Miles Villages” and individually a “1,250 Bonus Miles Village”).
  3. The 500 Bonus Miles Offer is available at Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village only (collectively the “500 Bonus Miles Villages” and individually a “500 Bonus Miles Village”).
  4. The eVIP Offer is available Monday – Thursday at Bicester Village, La Vallée Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Fidenza Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village and Kildare Village only (collectively the “eVIP Pass Villages).
3. 2,000 Bonus Miles Offer:
  1. Customers who present their Etihad Guest membership card together with their invitation to this 2,000 Bonus Miles Offer and their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by a Customer at a 2,000 Bonus Miles Village shall be entitled to receive two thousand (2,000) bonus Etihad Guest Points as well as the standard points accrued upon spending £/€2,000.
  2. Claims for this 2,000 Bonus Miles Offer can be made:
  3. at the tourist information office in the respective 2000 Bonus Miles Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
  4. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.tbvsc.com/bicester-village/en/legal/frequent-flyer-redemption
  5. This 2,000 Bonus Miles Offer is not available to Customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 7.2 below.
4. 1,250 Bonus Miles Offer:
  1. Customers who present their Etihad Guest membership card together with their invitation to this 1,250 Bonus Miles Offer and their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by a Customer at a 1,250 Bonus Miles Village shall be entitled to receive one thousand two hundred and fifty (1,250) bonus Etihad Guest Points as well as the standard points accrued upon spending €1,250.
  2. Claims for this 1,250 Bonus Miles Offer can only be made:
  3. at the tourist information office in the respective 1,250 Bonus Miles Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
  4. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.tbvsc.com/bicester-village/en/legal/frequent-flyer-redemption
  5. This 1,250 Bonus Miles Offer is not available to Customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 7.2 below.
5. 500 Bonus Miles Offer
  1. Customers who present their Etihad Guest membership card together with their invitation to this 500 Bonus Miles Offer and their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by a Customer at a 500 Bonus Miles Village shall be entitled to receive five hundred (500) bonus Etihad Guest Points as well as the standard points accrued upon spending €500.
  2. Claims for this 500 Bonus Miles Offer can only be made:
  3. at the tourist information office in the respective 500 Bonus Miles Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
  4. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.tbvsc.com/bicester-village/en/legal/frequent-flyer-redemption
  5. This 500 Bonus Miles Offer is not available to Customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 7.2 below.
6. eVIP Pass Offer
  1. To receive an additional 10% discount in participating boutiques and restaurants in the eVIP Pass Villages, Customers must download their eVIP Pass from the following link https://www.thebicestervillageshoppingcollection.com/en/campaign/airlines/etihad/5383-etihad-ffp-july-2020/ and present the eVIP Pass in participating boutiques and restaurants at the time of their purchase.
  2. Not all boutiques and restaurants in the eVIP Pass Villages participate in the eVIP Pass.
  3. The eVIP Pass is not valid in connection with other promotions or offers and cannot be used in conjunction with the standard 10% VIP day card.
  4. The eVIP Pass is only valid for the person to whom it was issues and is not transferrable.
  5. The eVIP Pass is only valid for 24 hours from the time of first use in an eVIP Pass Village.
  6. The eVIP Pass has no monetary value and cannot be used for purchases already made.
  7. Customers acknowledge that:
  8. Value Retail and its affiliates and the owners of the eVIP Pass Villages (collectively “VR”) are not responsible for the prices at which participating boutiques or restaurants advertise or sell goods from time to time;
  9. there is no contractual relationship between VR and the Customer in relation to the discount or otherwise;
  10. VR makes no guarantees as to the goods and services (including but not limited to their quality) that the Customer can obtain using the eVIP Pass in the participating boutiques and restaurants;
  11. they waive any claims against VR in the event that a participating boutique does not redeem all or part of the eVIP Pass or if the eVIP Pass is withdrawn later. Claims can only be made against the participating boutique or restaurant;
  12. VR is not responsible for any failure of a Customer’s mobile phone or tablet, be it unable to download the eVIP Pass or if there is a battery or service failure which prevents the Customer from using the eVIP Pass whilst they are at an eVIP Pass Village;
  13. they waive any claims for loss or damage (to any person or property) that the Customer or a third party may incur as a result of using the eVIP Pass when purchasing goods from a participating boutique, unless this cannot be excluded by law.
  14. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw the eVIP Pass at any time without reason and/or to change the benefits associated with the eVIP Pass.
  15. The eVIP Pass will become invalid if it is tampered with in any way.
7. General
  1. Customers acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Customer’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Customer and for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Customer’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraphs 7b below). All collection and processing of such personal data by Value retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: www.TheBicesterVillageShoppingCollection.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/
  2. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Customers in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Etihad Guest Points. Where a Customer has applied for Etihad Guest Points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Customer’s collective annual spend at Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Etihad Guest Points is equal to or exceeds £30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Etihad Guest Points will be awarded for that Customer for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of two (2) Etihad Guest Points for every £5 or €5 spent. The 2,000 Bonus Miles Offer, 1,250 Bonus Miles Offer and the 500 Bonus Miles Offer will not be available to Customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
  3. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Etihad Guest Points under the 2,000 Bonus Miles Offer, 1,250 Bonus Miles Offer and the 500 Bonus Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.
  4. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.
  5. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.
  6. The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time.
  8. Value Retail will not be liable to the Customer for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Customer to take advantage of this promotional offer.
