How to redeem

• To receive your Flying Blue miles, simply present your receipts along with your Flying Blue membership card and bonus points invitation at the Tourist Information Centre at the end of your shopping day.

• Alternatively, our airmiles e-redemption service can be used to redeem miles earnt in the Village and via Virtual Shopping^§. Simply provide the following information by email^¶ within 24 hours of making your purchases:
  

  • Full name
    
  • Frequent flyer partner name and number
    
  • Images of your receipts
    
  • An edited image of the bank card used (displaying only your name and the last four digits of your card number)
