Parma Menù

On the Menu

Add a touch of the local region to your dishes with the Parma Menù Market, founded by the Carpanese family. Choose from Parmesan cheese aged for 24, 30 or 36 months. For a more intense flavour opt for the red cow Parmesan cheese, or, purchase the luxury brown cow cheese fresh from the Gennari dairy. Sourced from across the region – from Parma to Piacenza – the pop-up’s cured meat selection ranges from local culatello and strolghino to coppa and PDO salami.

Balsamic vinegar made by Acetaia Leonardi, an IGP product of Modena, and various balsamic condiments will tickle every foodie’s taste buds. The Carpanese family’s Mixed Pickled Vegetable condiment works beautifully with cured meats and their Pear Preserve is the perfect accompaniment for cheeses. Local wines enrich the pop-up’s offering with Lambrusco di Parma, Gutturnio, Cabernet and Barbera from the Luretta winery, located in amongst the Piacenza hills. If you try anything during your visit, make sure it’s the brand’s unmissable homemade Malatempora vermouth.

There’s something for everyone at the Parma Menù Market; little ones will love brightly coloured lollipops and those with a sweet tooth will savour homemade sbrisolona and traditional Sant’Ilario.
