In her book "Oggi faccio azzurro", Daria Bignardi talks of an ended love story, an irresistible tale - comical and moving at the same time - that mixes lightness and depth, grace and tenderness, and invites us to explore our relationship with pain and with ourselves.

Daria Bignardi was born in Ferrara and has lived in Milan since 1984. In 2009 she published her memoir “Non vi lascerò orfani” (Mondadori), which won the Rapallo prize, the Elsa Morante prize, and the City of Padua prize. With Mondadori she also published her novels “Un “karma pesante (2010), “L’acustica perfetta” (2012), "L’amore che ti meriti" (2014), "Santa degli impossibili" (2015) and “Storia della mia ansia”(2018), translated into many languages.
