Enjoy immediate tax refunds on your shopping with our new Global Blue and Planet tax-free kiosk, located in The Concierge. Receipts can be accumulated to reach the minimum amount (EUR 70.01) to get the VAT refund only if the purchases were made on the same day and in the same boutique.
From 1 February, the minimum purchase amount for a tax refund will be €70.01.
Don't forget your passport next time you shop in Italy. New rules for the digital Tax Free system implies that you must present your passport, or a scanned copy, in the boutique when purchasing the goods.

Ask for a VAT refund form when you make a purchase over €154.94.
Fill in your details
Add your name (exactly as it appears on your passport), address and passport number to each VAT refund form when you make a purchase.

Enjoy immediate tax refunds in the Village at our new Global Blue tax-free kiosk, located in The Concierge.
At the airport
Alternatively, take your completed VAT refund forms, receipts, passport and purchases to the customs office at your point of departure from the EU, where your form will be validated.
