How does it work?

  1. Register

    Visit the Tourist Information Centre in The Concierge to sign up for Hands-free Shopping. You can also register for the service in any of the boutiques.

  2. Shop

    Present your Hands-free Shopping card at the point of purchase in the boutiques, and store all your receipts inside.

  3. Collect

    Call The Concierge on +39 3920999164 approximately 20 minutes before you wish to leave, and your purchases will be loaded into your car or delivered to the Shopping Express®, shuttle bus or coach.

Terms and conditions

  • You will be asked to show proof of identity and your receipts, which will have to be counter signed proving that you have collected all your purchases.
  • The Hands-free Shopping service is available seven days a week for €8.
  • Any complaints regarding your purchases must be made before leaving Fidenza Village.
  • To include purchases at Fidenza Village made prior to subscribing to this service, or for all purchases made in non-participating boutiques, visit the Tourism Information Centre.
