Review and choose
Your virtual consultation will take place at the time of your appointment - either via phone, video call, email or WhatsApp. If you are a member, please screenshot the QR code from your membership account and send via WhatsApp or email, or call out the ID number over the phone.
Enjoy delivery or collection
Should you choose to use the Virtual Shopping service, your purchases will be securely paid for and shipped directly to your home. In addition, some boutiques offer you the option of paying for and collecting your purchase directly from the boutique (reserve & collect).
