Shopping Protocols & Information
Our first priority today is to protect the health and well-being of our guests, our the teams working in the boutiques and restaurants, together with the wider community at Kildare Village.
Please remember your face covering and do read our shopping protocols before you set off. You can read the full list of shopping protocols here on our website prior to your visit to the Village.
Following Government guidelines, we have introduced a new code of conduct in the Village to ensure individual and collective responsibility to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Please see below our new code of conduct and Shopping Protocols to ensure guests and teams continue to enjoy the experience whilst respecting the safety measures in place.
Face Covering
In accordance with legislation it is mandatory to wear a face covering in the village and boutiques.New Deep Cleaning and Sanitisation Protocols
Prior to reopening we have deep cleaned the Village including all backstage areas and all arrival zones.
We have introduced new deep cleaning protocols across the Village, in the boutiques, in the restaurants and in all public spaces.
In addition we will be regularly sanitising all surfaces in the Village, in the boutiques, in the restaurants and in all public spaces, including washrooms, throughout the day. We are paying particular attention to the deep cleaning and sanitisation of all surfaces and touchpoints in our wash rooms and baby changing facilities.
Please note we may need to close an area to facilitate deep cleaning or sanitisation. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.Social Distancing
As per Government guidelines, Kildare Village is following social-distancing measures throughout the Village with the aid of floor markings to help you navigate your way around the Village. Social distance markings are also in situ inside the boutiques and while queuing in the restaurants and car parks.
Each boutique will be limiting the number of people able to enter at any one time due to social-distancing measures. In some instances there may be a waiting period to enter a boutique; we appreciate your patience at this time. For some boutiques there will be a digital queuing system in place whereby guests opting to join the virtual queue will be sent a text when it is their time to visit the boutique. Pre-booking couldn’t be simpler, giving you peace of mind to know you will have a designated complimentary car space upon arrival.

We’ve introduced a new digital system that allows you to reserve your place in the queue at selected boutiques. Sign up, save time and make most of your day in the Village.
This means we can virtually hold and track your place in the queue without you having to physically queue up outside, and we’ll let you know once you’ve reached the front.
