Virtual Shopping directly with the Village boutiques may incur an independent delivery fee with every order placed with each boutique. Guests using the Kildare Village Virtual Personal Shopping service will be charged a single delivery fee when shopping multiple brands, however, this service is temporarily paused due to Covid-19 restrictions. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
1. Shop virtually with secure payment
- This service is available from Monday 10 May 2021.
- Shop with the boutique directly via Virtual Shopping.
- Please inform the boutique staff you would like to collect your purchase from the Village.
- You must pay for your items in advance of visiting Kildare Village.
- The boutique will confirm with you a date and time for collection.
- The boutique will send you an email, SMS or WhatsApp message to you confirming the date and time of collection.
- This collection confirmation is required in order to access the Village and must be shown to security on arrival at the Village.
- To cancel a collection appointment please contact the boutique directly.

Once you have made your Virtual Shopping purchases, the boutique offering Shop & Collect will safely store your items and arrange a collection date and time. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase and collection time by email or WhatsApp. This collection confirmation must be shown to security upon arrival at the Village in order to gain access.

2. Collect your items from the boutique
Once you have made a purchase, a collection date and time will be agreed directly between you and the boutique.

All you need is your order confirmation from the boutique and a form of ID, nothing more. Upon arrival at the Village you must present your order confirmation and booking details to security in order to gain access.
Of course! To do this, simply send your purchase confirmation to the person of your choice, showing the agreed collection date and time, and provide them with your ID, and your purchases will be given to them by the boutique.
