How does Virtual Shopping work?
Guests can contact participating Village boutiques by phone, email or WhatsApp to organise the selection of their shopping, pay and the boutique will then arrange for their purchases to be delivered to their home address or collected from the Village, during village opening hours. There may be a delivery charge which will be agreed by the boutique team directly with our guests.
Guests who choose to shop multiple brands can choose an appointment with the Kildare Village Concierge or Personal Shopping team. The team will then organise their shopping, take payment and arrange delivery to the guest’s home address. There may be a delivery charge which will be agreed by the Concierge team directly with our guests.

Do I have to pay for the Virtual Personal Shopping service?
Virtual shopppind directly with the boutique is complimentary. Contact your chosen boutique directly to arrange an appointment here.
There is a fee when shopping multiple boutiques through our Concierge/Personal stylist service which is fully redeemable against your purchases.
There is a small consultation fee for our Virtual Concierge/Personal Shopping services which is fully redeemable against a Kildare Village Gift Card that can be used during your appointment. This team offer consultations for guests wishing to upgrade their wardrobe, shop their Christmas gift lists or purchase from several boutiques at one time. Your purchases will be made securely via a digital payment solution. Can I return/exchange an item? Yes, please check with the individual boutiques as terms and conditions will vary.

Do you do gift wrapping?
No, all purchases will come in the brand’s packaging. If you choose our Virtual Concierge/Personal Shopping services please ask the team about our gift wrapping service.
What sort of things can I buy through the Virtual Shopping service?
You can buy the same brands and products that are in our Village boutiques as you will be shopping from the Village boutiques but from the comfort of your own home.
