An unforgettable shopping experience

In addition to following our normal shopping protocols, we have also introduced the mandatory wearing of face coverings. You can read the full list of protocols on our website prior to your visit to the village. 

With many guests looking to spend time with us, we strongly encourage our guests not to travel to the Village without pre-booking. Pre-booking is highly recommended to ensure a designated complimentary parking space. Please note there may be a delay when entering the Village, even when you have pre-booked, due to restrictions on guest numbers for social distancing purposes.

Upon arrival to the Village, please allow for slower entry times to the boutiques, some of which have longer waiting times at peak periods due to restrictions on guest numbers. Pre-booking does not guarantee priority access to the boutiques and cannot guarantee entry to the Village at your booked time when the Village has reached its capacity. We encourage guests to register for digital queuing once in the Village; to make the most of their visit, guests can register for up to three queues at a time.

To make the most of your experience shopping with us, we recommend you visiting at a quieter time. Many of our guests are enjoying the quieter time of early morning, before 12 pm and later in the evenings, after 4 pm when it is less likely to be busy. In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, and to respect the government guidelines on social distancing, we respectfully ask you not to queue in front of the boutiques.
