####Nestled in 48 acres of land in the heart of Dublin 8, IMMA’s home is the historical site of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, with its accompanying formal gardens and a large meadowland. IMMA is an open campus that creates a space where contemporary life and contemporary art connect.

Visit a wide range of exhibitions featuring the work of leading Irish and international artists with IMMA’s own collection of art, including the Freud Project a major exhibition by one of the greatest realist painters of the twentieth century, Lucian Freud. Check the IMMA website for what’s on now. During your visit explore the IMMA shop, take a stroll through the seventeenth century formal gardens and relax in the IMMA Café. Entrance to the museum and grounds are free, with a small charge for special exhibitions.
