Terms and Conditions for Miles & More Members

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Miles & More Members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

1. Period of Promotion:

a. Quadruple Miles Offer A and Quadruple Miles Offer B detailed below are available to Members during the period 1 November 2023 to 31 December 2023 only (“Period of Promotion”), and are available 7 days a week during the Period of Promotion.

2. Quadruple Miles Offer A:

a. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present at Bicester Village, La Vallee Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village or Maasmechelen Village (collectively, the “Offer A Participating Villages” and each an “Offer A Participating Village”): i. their Miles & More membership card together with their invitation to this promotional offer; and ii. their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) by a Member (“Qualifying Purchases”) at an Offer A Participating Village, shall be entitled to receive four (4) Miles instead of the usual one (1) Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (“Quadruple Miles Offer A”). b. Claims for this Quadruple Miles Offer A can be made: i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Offer A Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
c. Subject to paragraph 3b(ii), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Quadruple Miles Offer A. d. The offer can be redeemed only one time by the Member, under this Quadruple Miles Offer A during the Period of Promotion. e. This Quadruple Miles Offer A is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5b below.

3. Quadruple Miles Offer B:

a. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present at either Ingolstadt Village or Wertheim Village (collectively, the “Offer B Participating Villages” and each an “Offer B Participating Village”): i. their Miles & More membership card together with their invitation to this promotional offer; and ii. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases at an Offer B Participating Village, shall be entitled to receive four (4) Miles instead of the usual one (1) Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (“Quadruple Miles Offer B”). b. Claims for this Quadruple Miles Offer B can be made: i. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Offer B Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or ii. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs.
c. Subject to paragraph 4b(ii), no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Quadruple Miles Offer B.
d. There is no limit on the number of redemptions made by a Member under this Quadruple Miles Offer B during the Period of Promotion at either Offer B Participating Village. e. This Quadruple Miles Offer B is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4b below.

4. General

a. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to: i. enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and ii. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at any of the Offer A Participating Villages or the Offer B Participating Villages (the “Villages”) to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraphs 4b below). Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in any of the Villages which is redeemed for Miles. Where a Member has applied for Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Miles is equal to or exceeds £/€30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Miles will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Mile for every £5 or €5 spent. Neither Quadruple Miles Offer A nor Quadruple Miles Offer B will be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold. c. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Miles under the Quadruple Miles Offer A and/or the Quadruple Miles Offer B in cases of actual or suspected fraud. d. The right to benefit from these promotional offers is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. e. The promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with these offers may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. f. The benefits granted by the promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash. g. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the promotional offers for any reason at any time. h. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offers, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the promotional offers. i.
