Personal Shopper Services in La Roca Village -Terms&Conditions

i. Value Retail is delighted to offer a Personal Shopper service, as described in these terms (the “Service”).

ii. In La Roca Village we provide this Service via Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U, with NiF B-60.689.486 and whose registered office is La Roca Village s/n, La Roca del Valles 08430, Barcelona, Spain (Value Retail). The Village is part of The Bicester Collection.

iii. Our staff (“Personal Shoppers”) will use their discretion about how to provide you with a tailored and pleasant retail experience and to showcase products that we think may be of interest, typically by providing hospitality and access to our VIP Lounge hospitality space, guiding you in the Village, providing priority queuing or other benefits that they think are suitable in their judgement given your needs, product and Personal Shopper availability.

iv. You can cancel your booking or postpone your Service by calling to tel +34 683 35 02 19 or by sending an email to PrivateClients@LaRocaVillage.com at any time.

v. Please note that each retail brand in the Village is an independent company from us, so if you select any items to purchase, your purchase will be direct with the individual brands involved, therefore the products will be purchased with your money. a. Because you are not buying the products from us, your rights of return and refund are against the brand, and not us.
b. Each brand is a separate company with their own refund policies. We cannot guarantee that any particular brand will accept products back for refund in any particular case, although you have statutory rights as a consumer and these remain unaffected. c. We can also provide you with information about the refund and return policies of the brands at the time of sale, on request. vi. Except to the extent that the applicable law limits or excludes the ability of a party to restrict its liability, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever arising and under any legal principle including contract, negligence or otherwise to you or a third party arising from or in connection with: i. inappropriate advice; or ii. products being the wrong choice for the situation or purpose described to us.

vii. Price of Service: The minimum duration of the Service shall be two (2) hours to be counted from the moment the Client arrives to the VIP Lounge, previous reservation, where our team of Personal Shopper will welcome the client. However the duration can be extended depending on the needs of the client. The maximum time will be until closure of the Village. The total Price (VAT included) for the minimum of two hours is two hundred (200) Euro. Each extra hour cost will be seventy (70) Euro (VAT included). Payment of minimum Service (200 Euros per two hours, VAT included) will be made in advanced by the Client when accepting this Terms and Conditions in the VIP Lounge. The total number of each extra hour will be paid at the end of the Service. viii. Method of Payment: the payment will be made by the Client preferably by Card or any other electronic recognised method of payment. Please note that the maximum cash accepted is one thousand (1.000) Euro.

ix. Data Protection and Consents a. Personal Shopping is, by its nature, a highly personalised service. The more our personal shoppers know about you and your needs, interests and tastes and those of your family and friends for who you buy products, the better the service we are able to provide. b. To provide the Service at all we must hold some personal data about you, but if you do not consent to a full scope of personal data processing, we cannot provide the full range of services. c. We will ask you to register to the Black Book, which will require your acceptance of Terms & Conditions and your consent to processing of your personal data, including the data of this form and any other data provided during the registration, which may include special category data. d. By registering to the Black Book service, we will create a Private Client account using your personal data. e. In addition, we need your consent to allow Value Retail and its group companies to contact you about products and services that our Personal Shoppers think may be of interest for you. f. For details about how we process your personal data, please refer to the Private Client and Village Privacy Notices. g. If you do not want to register to the Black Book, please note that the personal data requested in this form will be processed by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. with the purpose of managing the Service and perform anonymised statistics of the use of the services. The data processing will be performed under the contractual obligations arising from the acceptance and provision of the personal shopper service. Your personal data will not be communicated to any third party other than those suppliers providing a related service, who will always do so on our behalf and under our instructions. The data will be used to execute the service and will be preserved and blocked to comply with any legal obligations.
