LA ROCA VILLAGE VIP PASS

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF GOODS FROM THE RELEVANT BOUTIQUE USING A VIP PASS:

  1. VIP Pass is only for use at the participating boutiques at La Roca Village. Not all boutiques at La Roca Village participate in this Card scheme and certain boutiques apply restrictions and exemptions. For further details on the participating boutiques, with details of current restrictions and exemptions, please see below.

  2. VIP Pass must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the discount.

  3. VIP Pass are only valid for 24 hours after the first purchase in a village boutique.

  4. VIP Pass is not valid whilst any promotional campaign is in place.

  5. VIP Pass is not valid in conjunction with any other offers.

  6. VIP Pass is limited to one per person.

  7. VIP Pass has no cash value.

  8. The discounts offered are in relation to the relevant boutique’s prices, before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees.

  9. The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

9.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., its subsidiaries and associated companies and the owners of La Roca Village (“VR”) are not responsible for prices at which the relevant boutique advertises or sells goods from time to time;

9.2 VR is acting as the agent of the relevant boutiques at all times and the discount vouchers create no contractual relationship between VR and the customer in relation to the discount offered in the VIP Pass or otherwise;

9.3 VR makes no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) which the customer may obtain with discount vouchers from the relevant boutiques;

9.4 The customer shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim against VR in the event that any relevant boutique fails to honour the VIP Pass in whole or part, and the customer’s only remedy in that situation is to claim against the relevant boutique; and

9.5 The customer shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim in respect of death, personal injury or loss (to person or property) suffered by the customer or third persons in consequence of the customer’s use of the discount voucher in procuring goods from any relevant boutique.

  1. The terms and conditions of sale of any boutique shall apply to any purchases from such boutique using the VIP Pass and are subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each boutique.

  2. The customer shall indemnify VR, and those companies’ officers and employees, and hold them harmless from and against any actions, claims, damages (including amounts paid on a without prejudice basis), losses and costs suffered by VR and/or those companies’ officers and employees in consequence of any action or claim made by a customer which is at variance with the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers made by the customer above.

  3. We remind you that your personal data will be processed by Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., managing Company of La Roca Village, with the purpose of manage the VIP Pass as well as any other necessary action to facilitate its correct use and exchange. We hereby inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of service providers of La Roca Village, other companies of Value Retail or in order to fulfil certain legal obligations.

We also remind you that you can consult our privacy policy for more information on how we protect your personal data and how to exercise your rights, in our website www.larocavillage.com or asking for more information at the Reception of Village Offices.

Thus, Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., hereby informs you that you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing or data portability, by writing to the following address: Legal Department, La Roca Village Legal, Santa Agnès de Malanyanes, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430, Barcelona, or by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address legal@larocavillage.com, providing proof of identity.
