This beautiful story began on 09/09/09 ... Coincidence does not exist ... Jo thought at the age of 19 Sometimes things just come your way and then you have to dare to go for it. The fact that he could not gain experience first under the wings of a Top Chef did not in any way prevent him from developing a technically strong and at the same time creative cooking style. His kitchen has matured in recent years and has matured.

With his typical style and boyish bravado, he knows how to touch his guests and offer them an experience that will stay with them for a long time. Jo cooks out of the box with a lot of gut feeling and without recipes like a musician strumming on his piano and eventually writing a score. He gets the maximum taste from a product without hiding it.

Every dish is pure and legible. The menu is regularly adapted to the market-fresh offer to serve you tailor-made and because the right product is simply tastier in the right season.

In good weather we like to serve the aperitif, lunch or dinner on our terrace.
