De Slagmolen

As the name suggests (‘molen’ is Dutch for mill), this restaurant is housed in an old water mill located in Oudsbergen, in the Bosbeek Valley.

The restaurant’s interiors and beautiful garden are not only unique but also lend the venue a dream-like feel, creating a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying the culinary art of chefs Bert and Giel Meewis, as well as the hospitality of Bert’s wife Karlijn Libbrecht.
