TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ETIHAD GUEST MEMBERS

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Etihad Guest members only (each a “Member” and together the “Members”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

1. Period of Promotion:

1.1. These promotional offers are available to Members during the period 30th November 2023 to 30th January 2024 only (“Period of Promotion”).

2. Participating Villages

2.1. These promotional offers are available at Bicester Village, La Vallee Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Fidenza Village, Kildare Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village and Las Rozas Village only (the “Participating Villages” and each a “Participating Village”).

3. Double Miles Offer:

3.1. Any Member who, during the Period of Promotion, spends up to £/€750 on goods (including food and beverages) at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”) and presents proof of their: 3.1.1. Etihad Guest membership together with their offer email to these promotional offers; and 3.1.2. receipts for the Qualifying Purchases, shall be entitled to receive two (2) Etihad Guest Miles instead of the usual one (1) Etihad Guest Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Double Miles Offer”). 3.2. A Member is only entitled to redeem the Double Miles Offer once during the Period of Promotion. 3.3. Claims for this Double Miles Offer can be made: 3.3.1. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 3.3.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link:https://www.thebicestervillageshoppingcollection.com/terms-and-conditions/. 3.4. Subject to paragraph 3.3.2, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Miles Offer. 3.5. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who: 3.5.1. qualify to receive the Triple Miles Offer or the Quadruple Miles Offer; or 3.5.2. have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6.2 below.

4. Triple Miles Offer:

4.1. Any Member who, during the Period of Promotion spends between £/€750.01 and £/€2,499 on Qualifying Purchases and presents proof of their: 4.1.1. Etihad Guest membership together with their offer email to these promotional offers; and 4.1.2. receipts for Qualifying Purchases, shall be entitled to receive three (3) Etihad Guest Miles instead of the usual one (1) Etihad Guest Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Triple Miles Offer”). 4.2. A Member is only entitled to redeem the Triple Miles Offer once during the Period of Promotion. 4.3. Claims for this Triple Miles Offer can only be made: 4.3.1. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 4.3.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs. 4.4. Subject to paragraph 4.3.2, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Triple Miles Offer. 4.5. This Triple Miles Offer is not available to Members who: 4.5.1. have redeemed the Double Miles Offer (in accordance with paragraph 3.3); or 4.5.2. qualify to receive the Quadruple Miles Offer; or 4.5.3. have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6.2 below.

5. Quadruple Miles Offer:

5.1. Any Member who, during the Period of Promotion spends £/€2,500 or more on Qualifying Purchases at a Participating Village and presents proof of their: 5.1.1. Etihad Guest membership together with their offer email to these promotional offers; and 5.1.2. receipts for Qualifying Purchases, shall be entitled to receive four (4) Etihad Guest Miles instead of the usual one (1) Etihad Guest Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Quadruple Miles Offer”). 5.2. A Member is only entitled to redeem the Quadruple Miles Offer once during the Period of Promotion. 5.3. Claims for this Quadruple Miles Offer can only be made: 5.3.1. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 5.3.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs. 5.4. Subject to paragraph 5.3.2, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Quadruple Miles Offer. 5.5. This Quadruple Miles Offer is not available to Members who have: 5.5.1. redeemed the Double Miles Offer (in accordance with paragraph 3.3); or 5.5.2. redeemed the Triple Miles Offer (in accordance with paragraph 4.3); or 5.5.3. exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 6.2 below.

6. General

6.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member and for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraph 6.2 below). Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Etihad Guest Miles. Where a Member has applied for Etihad Guest Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at The Bicester Collection’s Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Etihad Guest Miles is equal to or exceeds €30,000/ £30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Etihad Guest Miles will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Etihad Guest Mile for every £5, €5 spent. 6.3. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Etihad Guest Miles under the Double Miles Offer, Triple Miles Offer and/or the Quadruple Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud. 6.4. The right to benefit from these promotional offers is personal to the recipient of an offer email, and may not be transferred. The offer email may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. 6.5. These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with these offers may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. 6.6. The benefits granted by these promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash. 6.7. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel these promotional offers for any reason at any time. 6.8. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of these promotional offers, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of these promotional offers. 6.9.
