Frankfurt, the Main metropolis

(A one-hour drive from Wertheim Village)
Though famed as Europe’s financial capital, the city of Frankfurt offers much more than meets the eye. Blending the best of old and new, it showcases breathtaking skyline views from its skyscraper buildings (we recommend the Main Tower for the best vantage point), alongside charming half-timbered houses in the historic Old Town and Römerberg Square.
Frankfurt boasts an impressive arts and culture scene, with a first-rate collection of over 15 museums. One of our favourites is the Städel Museum, a beloved destination for art enthusiasts, housing an impressive collection of European masterpieces spanning centuries.
