  2. Your consultation

    Your consultation with the boutique is always virtually and will either take place over the phone, as a video call, by email or WhatsApp – be it from the comfort of your own home, or during window shopping in the Village.

  3. Payment, shipment or reserve & collect

    Your purchase will be paid securely, and shipped to your address. In addition, some boutiques offer to pay and pick up your purchase upon appointment directly in the Village (reserve & collect).
