Shan Shui pays homage to the best of Asian cuisine with the kitchen following time-honoured recipes and working only with the freshest ingredients sourced locally.

Inspired by 1920s Shanghai, the restaurant’s décor features a myriad of textures, colours and textiles, which is a nod to city’s most glamorous era. The menu features a selection of Chinese culinary wonders along with popular South-East Asian favourites. It also boasts a range of bite-sized Dim Sum that are steamed fresh daily. Our dumplings and bao buns are presented in piping hot bamboo steamer baskets and are perfect for sharing.
