Cyril Lancelin's golden dreamland comes to Fidenza Village
You may recognise the striking work of Cyril Lancelin, formerly at La Vallee Village. This year, Fidenza Village, a partner of the Interni Cross Vision Exhibition, presents the immersive art installation "Mille Miroirs" by Cyril Lancelin for Milan Design Week 2024. The breathtaking golden landscape, crafted from towering silhouettes, transports guests into a surreal realm of shifting shadows, shimmering lights and reflections. The installation is currently on display at the University of Milan until 28 April, and will then grace Fidenza Village from early May to August 2024. Take a moment to stroll among the artwork and fully immerse yourself in the artist's imaginative creation. Ensure you don't miss this unforgettable experience, alongside the Village's creative workshops for children by Parmakids. The whole family can enjoy a calendar filled with fun events celebrating art music, food and nature.
‘Everlasting Love’ at Las Rozas Village
Celebrate more than 25 years of nurturing emerging talent this spring at Las Rozas Village with the enchanting ‘Everlasting Love’ open-air exhibition. Immerse yourself in the artistic brilliance of multidisciplinary Spanish artist, Noemi Iglesias. In collaboration with the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum and Fundación Callia, Iglesias brings Las Rozas Village to life with a symphony of floral motifs delicately sculpted in porcelain.
Since I learned the porcelain technique […] I found it a special vehicle to adapt it to my discourse and explore the symbolism of flowers beyond the decorative language.
Reflecting on her recent creations, Iglesias muses, “Flowers help to express emotional language very well. After all, giving flowers – to show love or affection – is almost an international language.” These thought-provoking installations, adorned with hundreds of unfired black, red and pink flowers, inspire meaningful conversations about how love can survive in an increasingly digitalised and individualist world. This exhibition complements the ‘Love Me Fast’ exhibition at the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, on display until 28 April – a must-visit if you find yourself in Madrid.
