On May 28, 2023, Calamore is born, defined by many as "the center of the world".

It is a place that offers seafood dishes with a contemporary concept, but at the same time has its roots in the history of popular Italian seafood cuisine. The key word of this project is authenticity.

The aim is to offer an alternative proposal to the classic seafood restaurant, giving the highest priority to the quality and local origin of the ingredients.

Calamore was born in the most spontaneous way: during a lunch break during the summer tour, the singer Stash chooses - by chance - to stop to eat at LE FRIT C'EST CHIC (a chain of seafood gastronomy of the Verí-D'Alessandro family that has seven restaurants throughout Italy) literally falling in love with the format; hence the desire to bring this idea of pop gastronomy to his beloved Amalfi Coast. Sandwiches, cuoppokè, whims and stories of the sea, are the main dishes on the menu of Calamore.
