Shopping in the Village
You do not have to present a health pass to enter the Village or the boutiques (except for cafés, bars and restaurants).
The pass must prove one of the three following items: that you are fully vaccinated OR that you have been tested (PCR or antigen or autotest performed under the supervision of a health professional) with a negative result within the last 24hrs OR that you have recovered from COVID-19, confirmed by a positive PCR or antigen test result of at least 15 days and no more than 6 months old.
All boutiques are open. You can find the full list of boutiques here.
We recommend that all our customers respect the physical separation measures of 1 metre between each guest and all sanitary gestures.
Starting from 9 August 2021, the presentation of a health pass is obligatory to enter the cafés, bars and restaurants (inside and outside) in La Vallée Village. Takeaway service does not require the presentation of a health pass.
For the safety of our guests and colleagues, fitting rooms are sanitised at very regular intervals throughout the day, which may impact waiting times. We thank you for your patience.
To avoid contact, we encourage all guests to choose contactless payment options where possible.
Most of the brands in the Village have not changed their return and exchange policies.
For the safety of our guests and colleagues, we have limited the number of guests allowed in at any one time in The Apartment, which means that you need to pre-book a time. Please note that deep cleaning and social-distancing procedures are strictly applicable here, too.
