La Vallée Village has partnerships with leisure and travel loyalty programmes (please find full list here), enabling members to benefit from additional Miles when shopping at La Vallée Village. Floor markings will help you maintain a one-metre social-distancing requirement when entering the Village, within the Village, in the boutiques and private client spaces, as well as when queuing. Boutiques will be required to limit the number of guests allowed in at any one time.
Following Government guidelines, it is compulsory for our guests and colleagues to wear face masks. Please be aware that increased deep-cleaning schedules are in place throughout the Village at regular intervals. Hand sanitisers and hand-washing facilities with soap are available throughout the Village. We advise our guests and colleagues to respect hand-hygiene recommended protocols. To avoid contact, we encourage all guests to choose contactless payment options where possible.

Yes, in order to maintain social distancing, boutiques will be limiting the number of guests allowed at any one time. There will be a queuing system in place, with markings on the floor to help guests maintain a one-metre social-distancing requirement. The largest boutiques will also have separate entry/exit points.
2. Parking and Transport
To ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues, our valet parking service is temporarily suspended. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. However, it is still possible to reserve a car park service.
We have a selection of electric vehicle charging points available for guests to use free of charge. These are cleaned at regular intervals and latex gloves will be available on request from our security staff.

To arrive in comfort and style with a private transfer, please click here or ask our Welcome team. The Village Welcome Centre will also be delighted to book a taxi for you.

In addition to exclusive content and offers and treats from your favourite boutiques, the La Vallée Village app allows you to navigate through the Village using our interactive map: simply touch, pan and zoom to view boutiques; you can search by name or category.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Village and will require an email address to log in.
Enjoy exceptional access to your favourite brands with our new Virtual Shopping and Shop & Collect services. Simply browse products on our website or contact the boutiques to explore more products and offers. Buy your favorite products and choose to receive them at home or to pick them up on site, depending on the store.

At a time that and from a place that suits you, enjoy a virtual consultation with the boutique via your chosen method of communication. The team will share the boutique’s collections and latest offers with you.
Once you’ve selected the item(s) you’d like to purchase, the boutique will put them aside for you. You’ll then receive confirmation of your purchase by email and can collect them.

From the moment you make your purchase, your items will be ready for collection. Simply contact the boutique to arrange collection.
