Please observe the floor markings throughout the Village and keep a 1.5 metre distance from other guests. Boutiques will be required to limit the number of guests allowed in at any one time.

Yes, in order to maintain social distancing, boutiques will be limiting the number of guests allowed at any one time to one guest per 10 square metres. There will be a queuing system in place, with 1.5 metre markings on the floor to help you maintain social distancing. Some boutiques will also have separate entry/exit points.

No, we offer complimentary parking to all Fidenza Village guests.

From the station you can reach Fidenza Village by the shuttle service, which now has a limit on the number of passengers travelling at one time.
Every day there is a service between the Fidenza station and Fidenza Village. The shuttle will travel with a reduced capacity of 15 people per ride and the available seats will be appropriately marked.
Employees arriving before the opening hours of the Village must use the Retail Park stop. The vehicle will be sanitised daily.

Fidenza Village will be open from Monday to Sunday in line with the latest guidance from the relevant authorities.
GREEN PASS To receive table service inside our restaurants you must be a Green Pass holder.
In keeping with the relevant authority’s guidance, we are asking all guests to adhere to social distancing so please be mindful of this when planning your visit.
To ensure the safety of our guests and colleagues, some services have been temporarily suspended. These include: the playground, the pushchair and bank power rental and handouts in the Village. Other services, such as Hands-free Shopping and luggare storage, are offered on a limited basis. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Village.
For the safety of our guests and colleagues, our fitting rooms are sanitised every two hours, which may impact waiting times. We thank you for your patience.

Yes and a deep clean of your luggage will take place when you drop it off and then when you collect it.
Yes, you can still redeem your Gift Card at The Concierge. We suggest to prefer the Gift Card online purchases here. The Card will be then delivered directly at your address.
