Digital Queuing

Make the most of your time in the Village

In addition to following our normal shopping protocols, we have also introduced the mandatory wearing of face coverings. You can read the full list of protocols on our website prior to your visit to the village. 

In order to respect social distancing, thank you for not queuing in front of the boutiques. Instead, take advantage of our new digital queuing system which allows you to reserve your place in an online queue at selected boutiques.

*Please note that waiting times can be longer for some brands during peak times. We encourage our guests to register for digital queues upon arrival at the Village. You can now register for up to three queues at a time.

How it works

  1. Register

    Digitally reserve your place in the queue at selected boutiques by scanning a QR code at the boutique entrance, or by giving your name and mobile phone number to the boutique host.* You will instantly receive an SMS, confirming your approximate waiting time.

  2. Relax

    Continue to enjoy the Village while you move forward in the virtual queue. You can check your position and waiting time at any point from your phone.

  3. Return

    You’ll receive a text alert when it’s time to return to the boutique. Click on the link to let us know you’re on your way back. You’ll have 10 minutes to return to the boutique.
