On 21 and 28 November, guest chef Jason Li – renowned in the UK as an ambassador of Shanghai’s cuisine and culture – will be cooking up a series of culinary delights in the Shan Shui kitchen as part of a two-day supper club.

Sample delicious dishes including Drunken Chicken, poached perfectly and then marinated with Chinese Shao Xing Wine, Dream of Shanghai spring onion pancakes and the not-to-be-missed steamed autumn Chinese mitten, also known as hairy crabs, a seasonal delicacy enjoyed during the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival.
